How your investment works.
Investors co-invest alongside the developer. When the project sells, the proceeds are paid out in the order shown, and investors are paid on the terms set for each project.
Investors pay into a payment partner, which passes the funds to the project company. The developer also invests in the project company, and a bank lends alongside. When the project sells, proceeds are paid in order: first the bank, then project costs, then investors, then the developer.
Each project's Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) sets out the investor terms and the risks.
Illustrative structure. Terms vary by project and are subject to CySEC authorisation.

On the investor's side, by design.
EU rules require platforms to act in the best interests of their investors. This is what that means for us.
You pay no fees
Investors pay nothing to use Noverta. Developers pay a success fee when a raise completes.
We shortlist for you
We review every project and developer, and shortlist only those that meet our standards.
You see the risks
Each project comes with a Key Investment Information Sheet and our written review, including the key risks.
What EU rules require of every platform.
Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 sets the same rules for every crowdfunding platform in the EU.
CySEC authorisation: being pursued
Noverta cannot accept investments until it is authorised by CySEC as a crowdfunding service provider.
Separate funds
Investor money must be kept separate from the platform's own money.
Identity checks
Every investor's identity must be verified, with anti-money-laundering checks, before they invest.
Knowledge test
Retail investors must complete a short knowledge test and a simulation of how well they could bear a loss.
4-day reflection period
Investors have four days after committing to change their mind, no questions asked.
